He's helped tech startups scale, driven innovation for a global manufacturing company, improved efficiency at a distributor and untangled terminal operations for a rail operator. He has a background in strategy, finance and marketing and uses his experience across industries and functions to bring a fresh perspective and actionable insights to his clients.
Matt received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BBS, Finance from Texas Christian University (TCU). He is a CFA Charterholder.
